Speak Up: Pusha T – Exodus 23:1

“Do not spread false reports. Do not help a wicked man by being a malicious witness” – Exodus 23:1

When many congregate around you with a willingness to support a knowingly false reality, evil is only multiplied. Hosea 4:6 reads, “My people perish from a lack of knowledge” – meaning that ignorance and deception destroys people at a quicker pace than bloodshed. If you advocate the wickedness of another, and allow it to go unaddressed, you become a harmful witness.

Our truths unlock the real gift we have to offer the world and the multitudes that follow us. It is the only way to represent who God created you to be. Manipulation only builds a facade that once too high to climb, you are trapped behind forever.

God can use anyone to spread his message. He can reach into any area, at any moment, and produce a powerful work that will ultimately bring Him glory. As both longtime believers and first-time readers crack open their Bibles to learn the parallels between the scripture and this song, a discussion arises that will cause many people to think about the people around them.
