Wise Words – Defeating Fear Before it Starts (Prov. 3:25)

Proverbs 3:25-26 NKJV

“Do not be afraid of sudden terror, Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes; For the Lord will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught.”

Fear very rarely arrives with warning. In fact, fear’s greatest strength is it’s unexpectedness. When we sow diligently into accepting the presence of God in our lives and match that with lofty expectations for what He can do through us, fear is defeated before it can set in. Let’s meet the unexpected nature of fear with the expected nature of the mighty Lord and leave fear disqualified on sight!

It’s all about faith.
